- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz St. Germain
- 1/2 oz lime juice (adjust for tartness)
- 1-2 dashes of celery bitters
Shake, strain, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
