Green Glass

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain
  • 1/2 oz lime juice (adjust for tartness)
  • 1-2 dashes of celery bitters

Shake, strain, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
