St. Germain Sidecar

  • 1 1/2 oz cognac
  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • 3/4 oz lime juice

Shake with ice, strain and enjoy!

A slightly different riff on the classic Sidecar cocktail. We feel that the perfume characteristics of the fresh lime blend better with the St. Germain.
